Better togehter
We value the uniqueness of each individual - especially that of our employees. The different skills and characters make us strong and successful. For us, there is no "perfect" that applies to everyone. We don't think in terms of pigeonholes, grades or resumes - what counts for us is personality and motivation.
By signing the "Diversity Charter", Feldberger Hof has taken an important step. With this, we commit ourselves to promoting diversity and appreciation in the working world. At Feldberger Hof, 120 employees work together every day to ensure smooth operations. Over 20 nations are represented in our Kinderhotel. We stand for diversity and equal opportunities not only in terms of origin, but also in terms of gender, age, sexual orientation, physical and mental abilities, religion or ideology of our employees. Diversity in our working environment is not just a matter of course for us, but a building block of our togetherness, and equal opportunity is what makes us successful together.
The main cause of unjustified income differences is the wage gap between men and women, which averages 23 percent worldwide. In addition to the so-called gender pay gap, however, demographic characteristics such as age or origin can also be reasons for unfair pay. There is therefore a whole range of meaningful indicators that are used to identify possible inequalities in order to implement equality and pay equity at Feldberger Hof.
Best Practice
Some of our employees have been working for us for many years. Karola Mühl, for example, has been part of our team for 30 years. She’s one of the few employees who was already working at the hotel when it was taken over by the Banhardt family in 1993. Today she’s responsible for marketing and personnel management ...
