Reception

You’re the first to come into contact with our guests – either on the telephone or when they arrive at the hotel. So you can imagine how important you are. As well as the check-ins and check-outs, you’re also responsible for invoice and credit card checks and other interesting business tasks. One thing is clear: no two days are the same! That’s what makes working here so interesting.

We hope that you enjoy dealing with people – particularly children. As a hotel that specialises in families, you’ll come into contact with them all day long. Noise shouldn’t be a problem for you. as you’ll often hear it in hotels like ours. Keeping calm is the key!

We accompany our guests throughout the most important time of the year – their family holiday. There’s a reason why our slogan is “holiday in family language!”

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is one of the most important tasks in the hotel. Whether it’s the rooms, public areas or swimming pool – we’re so happy to have you here, as you make our hotel shine.

As in many other family hotels, guest check-out is scheduled for 10.00 a.m. or 11.00 a.m. at the latest. As check-in is only guaranteed from 4.00 p.m., you have plenty of time to clean and you’ll only work up a sweat on days when lots of families arrive. We provide you with the best products and equipment so that you can work well.

Housekeeping tasks are just as interesting as those in the other departments. “What?” is probably what you’re now asking yourself. Yes, it’s really true! Because you’ll also be given other tasks apart from cleaning e.g. supervising our apprentices. It will never be boring.

Kitchen

Our kitchen team prepares many international and local dishes for our guests that meet the highest quality standards and contain regional products. Who would be a better fit than someone with a passion for food?

Like in many other hotels, we provide a buffet as part of our all-inclusive offer – only in the evening can guests order a 4-course menu that is freshly prepared in the kitchen. Throughout the day you’ll prepare delicious treats and desserts that will bring a smile to the faces of our guests.

Entertainment

Our childcare workers take care of our youngest guests in the children’s world at the Feldberger Hof. We provide ideal entertainment for children from age six months and above in age-appropriate groups.

The baby area is intended for children aged six months to two years, while Happy’s Kinderwelt is a place for kids from three to six years to come and play. We also offer older children from seven to fifteen years a PlayStation, virtual reality glasses and other cool things in the “Fundos Area”.

Childcare is available every day from 9.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Your tasks during the day not only include taking care of the kids, but also accompanying “Happy”, our hotel mascot, at lunchtime or designing the events programmes. Creative and varied – and not only for guests.

The management team

A hotel the size of ours also requires many helping hands in the background. Whether it’s drawing up shift plans, planning the budget, recruiting or paying wages – the managers at the Feldberger Hof keep things running smoothly.

Coordinating building measures, marketing, finance or simple administrative tasks are also part of the responsibilities that come with the position.
