Our personnel development concept makes us one of the best employers in Germany. This was confirmed by the jury at the Hospitality HR Awards 2016 when selecting the best and most innovative personnel management concepts. Our cooperation partner, the IST University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf, impresses with its industry-focused, practice-oriented, individual and flexible training. All this and more is offered by a distance learning course at the state-approved IST University of Applied Sciences for Management. FAMILOTEL is a hotel cooperation that specializes in vacations for families with children, aged from baby to teen. Feldberger Hof is also a proud member of the FAMILOTEL hotel cooperation. The realization that specializing in families brings success and the idea of creating a brand that stands for true family friendliness among guests led to the founding of FAMILOTEL in 1994. With over 25 years of experience, FAMILOTEL is now the leading cooperation for family hotels in Europe.

With our partner, the German Hotel Academy, we offer our trainees, but also our permanent employees, the opportunity to continuously develop.

We offer various further training opportunities in the different departments, such as training to become a SPA Manager (m/f/d). With DHA we can achieve the best possible learning success!

Since 2007, Feldberger Hof has been committed to sustainability and has therefore played a pioneering role in environmental protection. In cooperation with ClimatePartner, we are regularly re-certified and also purchase certificates to support the financing of climate protection projects.

Extensive renovations have made it possible to avoid or significantly reduce the production of the greenhouse gas CO2. Heating is provided by a modern combined heat and power plant based on wood chips. These measures have resulted in savings of over 600 tons of CO2 and 300,000 liters of heating oil.

An excellent connection to local public transport with free use of buses and trains for guests as well as other smaller measures round off the climate protection package.
